Markets Media Live took center stage for its hotly and highly anticipated Global Markets Summit Dec. 10-11 at the landmark Roosevelt Hotel where Gordon Gekko gave the legendary speech “Greed is Good” in the 1987 classic “Wall Street.” Tackling the core issues affecting the ever-evolving financial marketplace.
The Global Markets Summit, 2008 kicked off Dec. 10 with The Main Markets Debate moderated by CNBC regular Michael Santoli, senior editor for Barron's, the Dow Jones business and financial weekly.
The ground-breaking two day debate brought together the top decision makers from global exchanges, alternative institutional trading platforms, hedge funds, pension funds, and broker dealers to engage in sophisticated dialogue in a unique format and setting.
