Health insurance protection has become something it isn't and should not be. Health insurance coverage has started overlaying predictable bills. With too low of deductibles and workplace co-pays the patron grew to become disengaged. For only a $10 co-pay you can go to the physician for a mere cough and the physician will inform you to take cough medication. Was this go to actually wanted? Now, the true prices of that office visit isn't $10, it is whatever the doctor expenses. Why would the patron care what this doctor really costs if all they need to pay is the $10 co-pay after which the insurance coverage picks up the tab?
